After 2 attempts Solid appointments at Brookfield location to fix my car, showed up one time told to busy bring back, note was a drop off not Fix that second... yet a 1/2 hour service. Then appointment in book again on Friday ( call first told to busy) a appointment, then part fails had appointment to be fixed then told TOW IT IN TO WEST ALLIS STORE as closest ( Sunday tow it) Monday call barely acknowledge me and told not even looked at, will be looked at Tuesday, Tuesday comes call MANAGER says as asked is car in and being worked on? No I will get to when get to it.. ( exact words) politely ask as have done business with 20+ years over 10 cars from BMW to Subaru spent 10's thousand dollars plus referral's (ask well could give date that be looked at and fixed and need rental as always if takes time rental done. Manager says rental only if you call Main manager and get ok, and as far as IF YOU NOT LIKE THE WAIT TOW IT TO ANOTHER SHOP I GET TO CAR WHEN FEEL LIKE IT and HUNG UP ON ME.. Call back said we got disconnected and not know if heard you correct? He said again with ADDED was not disconnect I HUNG UP AND IF NOT LIKE WAIT HAVE TOWED TO ANTHER SHOP PLENTY OF REPAIR SHOPS NEAR HERE.. WOW that is rude and not caring to hang up tell you to tow to other competitor (after would never needed tow there if other FF tire would just fixed and took the 2 appointments had. Final called main manager and waiting for rental and some sort of (WHY BEHAVIOR FROM 2 stores is tolerated ??? This 1/6/2015 been trying get car in since MID DECEMBER 2014... Very disappointed but Main Manager was polite and supposed to get back to me on 1/7 with rental and Solution , not understand how these Managers as one cancels appointments OTHER is RUDE hangs up not any respect or care for customer or Company.. Will do another review after get solution so this could be some bad apples (yet manager there for 7/8 years. NOT UNDERSTAND HOW STILL IS and Other store treatment was very poor also, Not normal of company ...read more
