I have been a customer of the bank for 20 years and had many loans. the last year we fell onto hardship as I am a realtor and my husband a contractor and we were hit with a double wammy. We are also going through a divorce now. I fell behind in my payments and the bank raised our interest on two loans to 11.5%, I am currently struggling to make the payments and asking them to lower the interest so more can be applied to principal and there reply is sell the property. In times like this you would think the banks would help and lower at least to the current rate since we are making the payments. I would not refer this bank to anyone as they do not care about past relationships. We paid over the years over 1,000,000.00 in interest.
