AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. This place is seriously screwed up. We are a group of ex AI students determined to inform the Milwaukee area that this place has major problems. You will go into massive debt and be constantly harassed by private loan companies. The staff is untrained and ill informed on the realities of how competitive the arts industry really is. The teachers there have no or very little experience in teaching higher education, they come from high school and elementary backgrounds. Please look at the other reviews of AI institutes very carefully. Its true that they are being sued all over the country. They are a 'for profit' establishment and en extremely toxic presence in the city of Milwaukee's reputable arts district. For the price that is charged , it is unbelievable the condition of the dorms at CCON. Security is not very good and the building is well past it's prime and not very well maintained. The director of the facility uses strong arm tactics, is rather pushy an rude and is kind of slimy. Not a very good selling point for the College of Nursing.
