I rented from them a few months back and decided to break my lease and leave due to the constant lies from the company (Dave, Amanda, and especially Nancy - she loves playing mind games with tenants and telling them bullsh** lies to get out of tenants what Dave wants from them) as well as the constant harassment from Dave (the owner, funny he's got a record for harassment and even disorderly conduct). They never work with you on anything, and forget about them even answering their office phones or even returning a phone call. They charge you for ridiculous things. You can fart in your own apt and they'd probably charge you for that too. Nothing is ever fixed, and when you keep at them to get something fixed, they charge you an arm and a leg for something that was already broken way before you even move in. The owner is clearly Bi-Polar and is a psycho thinking he can do as he pleases without consequences just because he's made of money. Nancy's been known ALL TO WELL to go into tenants apts when they're not home. She tends to keep an eye on those particular tenants (great tenants mind you) and once she sees them leave, she creeps into their apts to see and find out anything she can to report back to Dave. They do inspections like once every 2 months pretty much for the only reason to snoop around and bring back info on how tenants are living, even if those tenants are clean, quiet ppl who pay their rent and bills on time. When the owner doesn't get his way, he seriously reminds me of a 12 yr old spoiled school girl who didn't get her little princess way. Nancy tends to hang out in the back of your apt at night by windows/back doors to see if she can hear anything to report back to Dave. What a creeper narc she is. Weird and creepy company to rent from. The office girl, Amanda, is a nut case who clearly needs to be on Prozac. The company tends to hire and fire as fast as Dave changes his underwear due to unreasonable reasons. Scam....don't rent from these people. WARNING...don't do it. You wont get a rent certificate, any money back, or anything fixed. The office never responds to messages and I was charged exactly half of a water bill even though its not in my lease and I live in a duplex! Please don't rent from these people because you will become another victim. Anyone who hasn't had their problems resolved should contact the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer protection because they already have 10 complaints. I rented a property from the so called owner of the business without knowing how much @#%& I was going to have to go through when he decided to kick us out for getting another dog.
