I received a cut and color with Sandra, the owner, at Revolution Salon and Spa. It was excellent!\t\nThe staff is very friendly and attentive! When I arrived, I was offered a wide selection of beverages, such as tea, coffee, or water. The salon looks very new and is well organized. Everything was clean and smelled wonderful. \t\nSandy is a true professional! She greeted me with a firm handshake and a friendly smile. She took time to discuss what I wanted in a cut, analyzed my color and texture, and inquired about my daily hair care routine. The color and texture suggestions were very helpful and Sandy recommended so many new techniques I was not aware of.\t\nSandy handled my hair gently - not pulling on my hair. Her attention to detail was impeccable. She was careful not to get water on my neck. Sandy used a very different technique while applying the foils to highlight my hair. There was no need to explain what I wanted; Sandy recognized the right style for me! The color turned out just perfect! I love my cut! They butchered my hair! I went in with hair below my shoulders, short on top. I instructed Lisa to trim the top and the sides, and to leave the length. She cut three inches from my length anyway... my hair is now well above my shoulders. I was very unhappy when I left, but I paid the bill and tipped anyway. The next day I realized Lisa cut my top so short, it was just one inch in length at the back crown of my head! The next layer, if you could call it that, is at least FIVE inches long! I now have a bald spot on the back of my head! Lisa never offered me a mirror as most saloons do at the end of a cut. I went back the next day to speak to the manager, Tim, hoping he could fix the mess ... at least cut the next layer shorter so that it would blend in. Tim refused to help me!... Saying the top layer will just have to grow back. I stood there dumbfounded! We had a stare down. He refunded my money... but BIG deal! They messed my hair up, BIG time!!!
