Cashiers and baggers are usually friendly and helpful but the person working in customer service was rude and acted like I was bothering her. When I checked out a young bagger had placed my purchases in someone else's cart. When I asked w... ...read more

Abundance Acres Wedding Flowers

Only gave them one star because zero wasn't an option!!!! I had a very unpleasant experience with the owner of this business today. We drove from Chicago to Madison to meet with Terri regarding flowers for our wedding, after confirming our appointment time and location via e-mail. When we got there nobody was there. We waited for 30 minutes, called and left a message, left and came back after another 20 minutes and called again, and still she didn't show. No phone call, no e-mail, nothing. I suspect she bailed on us because our small floral budget wasn't worth her time, but who knows. Barring some serious emergency (and if that's the case I WILL update this review if I hear from her), her behavior was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend using this florist. Extremely disappointed. ...read more

Inappropriate, rude staff from the person who took my order to Jon, the manager. And they sent the incorrect order. This florist must not need return customers. I know I will not call again. ...read more

My mom and I went to Chole's because she had very good experiences with them in the past as far as bouquets for her offices. I wanted some pink and white orchids for my wedding which was the following week. I asked for a wristlet (versus a wedding bouquet) and recieved a bit of a scoff and was questioned for the preference, which I found unneccesary. Nonetheless, the florist said she had a great orchid she would order and would be able to provide me a wristlet and corsages for my and my fiance's family members. I wish I would have asked to see the orchids prior to commiting because they were not of very high quality for what we paid of them and some were damaged when we received them. It didn't mar my fabulous day, but in hindsight it was less than stellar quality. ...read more

Edible Arrangements

I recently placed an order online to be delivered by an Edible Arrangements store in Madison, Wisconsin. Not thinking about the time zone difference (I was ordering this from California), I didn't realize that the store was about to close. When a gentleman at the Edibles Arrangements store on University Avenue got my order, he called to tell me that his crew had already gone home for the day and that my order couldn't be made until the following business day. This would have meant a Tuesday delivery instead of Saturday, due to the Holiday weekend. When I told him I knew my friends would be working on Tuesday and I had really hoped it would be delivered on Saturday, he looked over my order again and saw that it was a sympathy gift for friends who had recently lost their cat. He said he had an arrangement that was more expensive than the one I had ordered, but he would take it to my friends for me at no additional cost. I was floored and extremely grateful. Great guy and a great store!! ...read more

This company is terrible. Everyone answering the phone, the manager & the owner have terrible customer service. I ordered flowers to be delivered before mothers day. The flowers didn't get delivered so I called & they said they wouldn't deliver on Mothers Day. What florist doesn't deliver on Mothers Day? Never use them. This is my second issue with this company. I have learned my lesson. ...read more

Lori's Flower Shoppe

By Julie

GREAT prices, service, and has quality flowers & plants. Lori is very personable, caring, creative, and does a fantastic job with her arrangements. For example, she takes extra time to wire each rose so they last much longer than most other florists but yet her prices are still very affordable. Lori is a natural artistic designer - I've never been disappointed - rather, she always seems to WOW me with her skills. Lori's Flower Shoppe also has silk arrangements and other gifts available. Stop by or call -- you won't regret it! ...read more

My experience at Copps in Monona was disapointing. They discontinued several items which I usually purchase. Examples: Dole shredded lettuce packets, cottage cheese w/chives, a variety of egg rolls (now only one brand), yoders mash potatoes to name a few. When checking out the cashier was busy talking to the bagger. This seems to be the norm at Copps. What ever happened to getting to know the customer? There is only one cashier their who is awesome and she used to work at Kohl's Northside. Here is an excellent example of how grocery shopping used to be. Friendly, nice, polite and accurate. ...read more
