I have taken my lawn mower and snow blower there 3 times and each time they blamed the problem on "Bad Gas" Last fall I took my snow blower in and they charged me $60 to rebuild the carb. No problem - I got it home and filled it with gas and started it. As soon as I shut it down gas started leaking from the bottom of the carb. I had to run it for abut an hour to run it out of gas and my garage smelled of gas for about 2 weeks. I took it back and 2 weeks later they had it fixed. \t\n\t\nThe next time I used it, it would not run well. I took it back and they said it needed a new gas cap. They replaced the gas cap for free and I went on my way. The next snow fall I tried to do my driveway and it would not start. Took it in and 2 weeks later they said they had to rebuild the carb again and charged me another $60. I took it home, started it, and a head bolt that held the carb in place fell out. I put it back in and tightened it myself and now it works well. These guys are incompetent. Do not take your small engines there for work. ...read more
