The staff at MATRIX Collaborative Business Solutions is fantastic! I am in the beginning stages of becoming a small business owner and started looking into local business incubator or shared office space solutions in the area. I happened to come across the MATRIX website and thought I'd check them out and see what they could do for me. I'm glad I did! Our company switched to this provider to do their IT. They incorrectly assessed our needs, went drastically over budget and blamed all issues on us. When we tried to provide feedback, they directed us to canned Microsoft trainings versus individualized service. They also advertise "free trainings" to their clients that are actually sales presentations. When we questioned this, it was told to us they were "upfront" in their advertising of the "informational sessions" that were never meant to training sessions. Their technicians are not properly trained to listen to clients and solve problems properly.
