I needed some pictures scanned for a wedding slideshow. Jess was very professional and friendly. He made me feel more like a friend than just a customer. My parents 40th anniversary was coming up soon & I wanted something differnt & special. I had all my old photographs but no time to scan them; Imaging bug picked them up the next day & designed a video montage in less than 2 weeks. It was a hit; the slideshow looked professional & it brought tears to my paretns eyes. They were moved, we all were.
