After driving over an hour to purchase a matress set based on the low advertised on-line prices, I arrived to a girl smoking on the entrance of a dirty, dingy and dark warehouse location. I entered the store and one of two sales people asked if they could help. I stated I was looking for a matress set and she asked who it was for? WHY? Does it matter? I asked about delivery options on the way to the section and she didn't know where I was from. To no surprise, the discount matress sets were "out of stock and will be for 30 days or longer". So THATS how they lure you in! I even stated that to the amateur sales kid. No comment, no apology out of her. The guy at the front desk nervously exchanged codes with her when I asked if that was true and then walked out. "smoker Chick" then asked if she could help.
