This company does NOT follow through with anything!! First they lied to us about what we were supposed to get for what we paid for. It was top dollar and then nothing they promise comes true!! Example: Glass doors on shower were suppose to have a baked in finish that beads the water up and so therefore easy to care for...NOT TURE! We have been asking for months for this to be addressed. Promisis! Promises! The promises NEVER happen. They blow you off once they have your money. Beware and don't contract with them. You will not be happy with what they promise, but don't deliver. Down my family line we have always gone to Menards. We calculated we have easily spent over 1 million dollars with this company with our rental properties etc. Today I came a cross a job I needed a few answers before purchasing the products and the guy in building would absolutely would not stop talking to me like I was stupid. It was so bad I had to walk away from him and go to Home Depot for the first time ever. Then when I asked a manager for his name she was very rude about that too. All my jobs are east of La Crosse and has always been easier to just go to Home Depot but we have always drove the few extra miles because there has always been someone on hand to politely answer any questions. So we will be making decisions where we will be taking our business for now on. Im sad to complain about Menards Because we have always enjoyed going to the store and just get lost in enjoyment of what to buy next. :( Hopefully employees AND Managers get talked to about this. ...read more
