I found making the appointments were easily done, by phone. Some of my friends have to get up at midnight for other drivers ed classes JUST to schedule an appt.....crazy. I would give this zero stars, but it is lacking the option.Let me begin by saying that dealing with Megan is very unfortunate. If you do happen to get in touch with her, she is very rude, inconvenienced and clearly lacking in business savy.She cancelled class on 3 different occasions for reasons such as a friend stopping by that she hadn't seen in awhile. My daughter would call me 10 minutes later after dropping her off to inform me of this. All of these classes had to made up at the end. My daughter took the classes back in April and she still has only completed 1 behind the wheel instruct and she turns 16 in 5 weeks. It will typically take more than a week to actually talk to someone as the voice mail box is always full and can't leave anymore messages. If Megan does finally answer she seems annoyed and will explain that the business phone is her cell phone and I must understand that. Even though the price is decent it is not worth the aggravation.
