First of all this business seems to be running under two names. My Clips and Pro Clips. Why is that ? Just went to Studio 107 to have my hair done. I'm a new resident of the area. And after asking a few people at my new job where they got their hair done I was surprised that everyones hair I loved was done at Studio 107, by Aaryn. I was told he is great, fun, and would have me laughing. And they were right. I instantly felt connected to him. He understood what I wanted and when I left I had great hair and a good friend. We had a VERY bad experience at Kids Cuts just last week. It was my 1 year old sons first hair cut and the woman was not kid friendly at all. I asked her for a lock of his grey streak (which he's had since birth) and she forgot and didn't seem to care at all. I asked for a little boys hair cut and she said she would buzz it and then blend it. I was hesitant but she insisted that it was so long and it would be fine. He was terrified by the clippers but she just carried on..... She then proceeded with the sissors and told my 1 year old baby to look down!!! She said it about three times before she realized that he wasn't about to look down for her so she pushed his head down and carried on. Not once did she try to comfort him. All the while I was trying to keep the peace with her son who was there and was constantly snatching toys from my daughter. The cut is NOT a little boys haircut and is way too short for a baby. After getting my hair colored & cut, I had to go elsewhere 2 weeks later to get my hair recut. The new stylist asked me if someone had used pinking shears on me! Not only that, but the hair color faded in less than 3 weeks. So much for using their expensive shampoo & conditioner to prevent fading. ...read more

I trust my hair to very few people but being new to the area I figured that a "spa" and a place as well known as Anasazi would be a safe place to try. I went in to get a cut, all-over color and simple one-shade highlights, my hair was one flat color and hadn't been dyed in months. I walked out with flaming orange roots and the rest was a brown shade. I was extremely less than satisfied then to add insult to injury they charged me $200!!! I have never heard of such an outrageous price when they ruined my hair that was fine to start with! I will never return to this so-called "salon" again. ...read more

I was disgusted when I was taken back to the chair for my haircut and hair from the previous client was still on the floor around the chair. It was never swept up. You would think that the salon manager would make sanitation a top priority. Need more work on their cleaning skills! ...read more
