I feel compelled to contact your company and relate the incredible experience we had today at your nursery in Hartford, with your sales person Michelle. We had a drawing with things here and there and Michelle was so helpful to us to locate what was on the plan, as well as suggest some other alternatives which would fit into the whole project. We left with the idea that when we finish the project over the next couple of months, we will come back to her for her help and expertise. In this day and age of "big box" discounts, I would rather pay a little extra and get a better value, and ultimately a better result. Mr. Black, give Michelle a raise! She's earned it.
