I have both bought jewelry and sold my old gold and silver here. The trade value is the best I have seen. If you sell your gold and want to shop for other jewelry there, you get more value for your trade. I had custom jewelry made there. I found the most beautiful setting from their selection and bought a loose stone and had them custom craft it for me. The price was amazing compared to ANY other jewelry store in the area. I also had an old vintage setting made into a gorgeous engagement ring for my son to surprise his girlfriend with. The staff couldn't be more accommodating or friendly. After a great experience in April getting my 20th Anniversary band and ring,I decided on July 6,2011 to purchase a second band and have them saudered together.The lady that was helping me was very nice,but every time she went to ask Wendy a question about having the ring shipped to me,about my insurance and saudering the rings she was so rude.If she is like that to other people your business might not survive.I can't believe I spent that much money and was treated that way.I don't know that I will ever shop there again. Horrible. Two days after wearing my ring, a side diamond chip fell out. Two months after that, my entire main diamond AND prongs completely fell out. I was NOT happy. The manager told me it was probably because I had accidentally hit my hand and ring against different stuff too much which is a load of B.S. There is NO reason why after only two months of wearing a ring that the diamond and prongs should be falling out. I ended up receiving an in-store credit and an extra 10% off our next purchase, but I would have rather received a full-refund to go elsewhere, however, they did not allow that.
