LOOK AT THE BBB COMPLAINT.I had my hot tub pump replaced in November. May the "new" pump was doing the same thing. I called to have it service and was told the scheduler would call me within the week. Never called so I called at least 8 times to have my hot tub services. I also asked if it was under warranty and they said they would get back to me (never did). Finally after speaking to a different employee I got my hot tub serviced. The repair person showed up 2 hours early so I wasn't home. Spent 15 minutes with my hot tub and left. did not fix the issue. They charged my credit card without my authorization and me knowing $110 for 15 minutes! When I spoke to a manger they didn't care what my thoughts were and when I told them their employee never call me back, 2 hours later that employee called me and tried to say I was wrong and then hung up on me. ...read more

Stay away from this company. Set up an appointment and they never showed. Biggest trouble was that this was at my cabin 100 miles away. I went there but they didn't. No phone calls, no apologies. ...read more
