ScoliSMART

This clinic is a great place to be for treating scoliosis! Dr. Dovorany is a brilliant Dr. who cares for each one of his patients individually. He doesn't treat them like cookie cutters. Each person has a unique case of scoliosis and he treats it that way. He is constantly searching for better ways to treat his patients. I feel this new scoliSMART clinic is a BIG break through! Scoliosis is a LONG road and Dr. D is willing to stick with you and is very supportive. Don't forget the patient has to do their part too. There are therapy exercises the patient must do while not in Green Bay. He's not a magician. You won't make a mistake coming to see this incredibly caring Dr.! ...read more

Knuth John G DR

Not sure why the other person is talking about, im sure if there was an insurance problem it was because of their insurance not Eye Care Professionals. But my whole family (mom, dad, sister, grandpa and me) have had excellent service and Dr Knuth is a wonderful doctor and human being. And one plus is their eye/retinal scan that helps minute changes of the eye which is benificial in picking up growths, tumors and any changes in the eye very early on. This has been very good for my mom to keep her eyes healthy because of her diabetis. The staff is also very helpful and Dr Knuth is always very helpful and concerned for each one of his patients. If you're looking for an eye docor, he is the best so look no further!\t\n~Marissa R. ...read more

Read us someone else's file information because they didn't look at the client information and compare it to the info she had made me recite and spell for her TWICE. Also tried to collect a past due balance from me based on that person's file. Sharing medical info = illegal. Revealing financial information = illegal. Idiots.\t\nTheir communication skill are TERRIBLE. Scheduling appointments 3-4 months out (to put it in the following year) because they "only take a certain number of appointments with that insurance company" each year. Then not sending appointment reminders or even a phone call. Didn't communicate that we needed an authorization from our insurance provider for this appointment until 30 minutes before the appointment .... takes three days to get an authorization card.\t\nDisrespectful. Called to talk to the manager - I've had enough! She focused on telling me I was wrong about everything instead of validating my irritation. She made NO attempt to acknowledge that my frustration was legitimate and justified.\t\n\t\nWe won't be back. My personal and financial information isn't safe with them, and they obviously don't give a s**t about my kids, nor their glasses.\t\nCheck out every business review page you can think of - this post will be under their listing everywhere. ...read more

Stacy slept through my wives entire labor, apparently not thinking that she was actually in labor. My wife was told to "try not to push" for 15 hours.... her contractions went from ever 2 minutes to less than every half hour. the babies heart rate was slowing and my wife was mentally and physically exhausted. She had been laying in her own "mess" for hours as the midwife did not change her sanitary pads, they got so dirty in the middle of the night that I actually had to change them myself while the midwife slept. after 24 hours Stacy told us we "needed to get things going" and gave my wife castor oil and enemas... this is after 24 hours of labor. I finally demanded that we go to the hospital. Upon arrival the babies head was already showing... so much for "getting things going" and our son was born less than 2 hours later. If you don't want to deliver your child on your own please look for a different midwife. ...read more

Arbes Stephen Dpm

Have seen Dr. Arbes prior. Very different experience this time around. He and his staff acted as though I was overreacting to having my foot numbed. Personally, I don't enjoy needles in my feet, but when someone asks me if I'm doing OK when a needle is in my foot I will tell them "not so great"! Upon leaving his office I turned around and noticed his nurse rolling her eyes at me. \t\nDuring the procedure, Dr. Arbes and I spoke briefly about our jobs. I explained that I work with clients covered by Medical Assistance. Dr. Arbes asked me "Do you tell them to get a job?" \t\nI can not recommend this podiatrist based on his and his staff's unprofessionalism. ...read more

Hi All This is my worst experience with the New ENT SC Hospital in 923 Eliza St Green Bay, WI 54301. They charged 650 USD without letting me know that they did a endoscope surgery to me. After getting the bill from the hospital I realized that they did the endoscope to me. they didn't even told me about that surgery. Please If any one planning to goto this hospital please think twice and go. The treatement also not satisfied. They are just looking for the paitent to join there and get operated for surgery even though it is not necessary. After this check up , I went through the reviews about hospital and doctor, then I went to Previa hospital and I got better treatmen there. They told me clearly about the treatment/surgery before they do. If patient agrees then only they will go forward. Just I am writing this review, because no one else should face my problem. Now Unnecessarly I have to pay 444 USD. Thanks ...read more

Dr. Arbes is by far the best trained and most experienced foot doctor in the area. He fixed my torn tendon in my ankle when no one else could even diagnose what was wrong with it. If he turned his back to draw up some injection it's because some people get scarred at the sight of a needle ( I read one of the other rate me posts). Duh!!!!!\t\nI wouldn't go to anyone else. \t\nCarol L ...read more
