Just called to have them put 4 new tires on my 2011 WRX. They told me to head on over without an appointment and took care of me within 15 minutes. The shop is definitely not your super clean fancy establishment, heck the place doesn't even have heat in the winter, but that doesn't matter. The worker was very helpful, talkative and honest. i went to tires unlimited and couldn't have been more pleased!!! troys service and staff were amazing. they explained to me what they needed to do and also some alternative options i could do on my car. he was quick and CHEAP!!! i couldn't have been happier. i tell everyone i know to go here. they are way nice and HONEST. its hard to find honest hard working people now days and these guys are tops. one star is undeserving for this place of business. I went here to have my tires changed and never have I been to a place where I was so disrespected. The owner tried to scold me for the tires I wanted put on my truck as if I were a child and when I allowed him to see that he couldn't talk to me in that fashion, he no longer wanted my business and slithered back into his shop. I drove to another shop that was two blocks west and SAVED $50 FOR THE SAME JOB. I have never witnessed such bad bussiness etiquette, this guy over charged me and didn't have bussiness sense to satify a costumer and I seriouly don't want a tire guy working on my ride wearing rings. What a wanna b pimp would wear. Who bashes his mexican compeition. So to all reading this review AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
