Pat, our service tech, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and competent.\t\n\t\nOnly drawback was stability of ladder for tech to reach windows in atrium. Ladder was too large to open in atrium, so it was leant against the wall. Tech should have a platform-style ladder or something that is safe and stable for reaching spaces over 15 feet. ...read more
