We had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at Monzu Bistro. Our cake was delivered on our wedding day with only the front half decorated. The back half was just frosted. The cake looked incomplete and very odd. Tried to discuss it with the designer and was treated very rudely. She said it was her "artistic interpretation" of the design that we wanted. ...read more

After a great experience in April getting my 20th Anniversary band and ring,I decided on July 6,2011 to purchase a second band and have them saudered together.The lady that was helping me was very nice,but every time she went to ask Wendy a question about having the ring shipped to me,about my insurance and saudering the rings she was so rude.If she is like that to other people your business might not survive.I can't believe I spent that much money and was treated that way.I don't know that I will ever shop there again.
