Biebel's catered our wedding and did a terrific job. Paul knows his stuff and asked all the questions I hadn't even thought of. From the bar, to the table set-up, staff and dinner, everything was on time, on budget and exactly what was quoted. We asked for a 'no msg' meal of tenderloin medallions (cooked perfectly) and lemon-basil chicken breast. Everything was delicious, only wish there had been leftover kneecaps! The guests loved it.
