Signed a contract with this "professional" to complete a patio June 30, 2013. Also provided a deposit at this time. It is now mid November. The project that was to take 6 to 8 weeks to complete is still not finished. The contractor refuses to return calls, text, emails etc. I have a partially started project with a contractor who has my money and refuses to contact me.
