The Germantown Fleet Farm Automotive center is not at all customer friendly. A simple job that should have taken them 1 full day - about 6 hours - ended up taking a full 6 DAYS. They continually played the blame-game, saying the problems were NAPA's fault, previous mechanic's fault, etc etc. They order the WRONG part, had to send it back, refused to answer us when we kept asking HOW LONG and HOW MUCH LONGER? They were rude, did not return calls, and generally just didn't care about us. We will NEVER take a car there again. ...read more

I have a horse and my husband loves to tinker on his two trucks, and my car. This store is perfect for us both and we live a minute away. Fleet Farm is where we went on our first date after meeting up for coffee. We're both country folk from out west and this store makes us feel like we're at home. The horse supplies are great, and my husband loves the automotive. We also purchase clothes and anything else we can find there that we need. We so wish you guys had a wedding gift registry.
