Hello I am writing to report the condition of our American flag at ANDYS on Ryan road in Franklin. It is a disgrace. I commend them for erecting and flying it . I have asked the manager to replace it several times and was told that "I should supply it as Andy can not afford one". I patronize both Ryan and Rawson locations several times weekly.
