Fort Atkinson is a city in the Jefferson County of Wisconsin known for its history and its booming economy. Major attractions include downtown Fort Atkinson and the replica of original Fort Koshkonong located at the confluence of the Rock and Bark Rivers. Each year in the summer season there are many recreational camps organized in the town by the city Council. Among the biggest companies in Fort Atkinson are the largest employer Fort HealthCare, leading supplier of science educational products Nasco Science, and Jones Dairy Farm. The biggest schools here are Luther Elementary School and Fort Atkinson High School.
