I have rented from YMB Rentals for 10+ years now and I don't plan moving any time soon. I've always had things fixed that I have reported. I even had Paul at my house on Christmas Day restarting my furnace. They must obviously answer their calls if I can reach them on a holiday. Also, I found them to actually care about me when I lost my job & was worried about having to move or being evicted, the offered me a job cleaning apartments until I was back on my feet. I can say I have seen some totally trashed apartments where the person's security deposit might cover 1/4 of the damage. Usually those are the people who are behind on rent & get evicted, so they probably owe a lot of $ anyway. I've also have seen immaculate apartments when people leave & I know they get their security back. I just have to wonder why "Ruth & Carissa B" rented from YMB Rentals for 7 years if it was so horrible? I know they don't have 7 year leases. Like I said I've been here for over 10 years & hope to stay until I have to enter assisted living. I hope a few bad reviews doesn't turn people away because I've referred a lot of friends & family to them and I haven't heard of any problems.
