I used to love going to B Natural because of Jason. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, but would let you browse without bothering you. Now I hear he doesn't work there anymore. Too bad! I sat in the parking lot and cried after my first appointment with her. I received two needles in my back that weren't approved by me and her shakey hands removed a mole off my back (scary). The scary looking waiting room and exam room should have tipped me off. Best way to explain it - I felt like I was moreso at a VET than a specialist. I was the animal. No one ONCE asked me how I was.
