The man that came to my house was nice enough, but all I wanted to know is if my water heater was worth fixing. (It worked about 50 percent of the time and it was old.) Instead after two hours all that was accomplished was my water never turned on again and they called the next day and said that it wasn't worth fixing (duh) but they would for $500 or started quotes at $1000. The water heater that was in the house when we bought it was the cheapest model you could find that wasn't worth 500 new. The thing that makes me never do buisness with them again though was the lady I talked to in the office was horrifically rude when I called to complain. ...read more
Hi, It was a joy to hear of a local Eau Claire hotel manager finding our Focus nightlight air purifier really made a difference in her laundry room at home where her litter box was located.
