We visited them on 7/28/12 and picked out wedding invitation layouts. We were told we would be mailed examples to choose from and paid a deposit. After 30 days - no examples were received. We called them on 8/29/12 requesting either a refund or a sample, and the person we met with was not in the office so we left a message. Nothing. We called AGAIN on 9/18/12 and were told "we already worked on your samples so we can't give you a full refund but will refund half the deposit". 11 days later - no samples and no 1/2 deposit back ...read more

Todd, I could not find the e-mail contacts on this website for members of the Chronicle Staff. I did not see anything in the last two Chronicle's about the joint Ridgeway Town/Village meeting October 21 where they authorized the purchase of land adjacent to the village for an elementary school.
