This eye care office offers the worst customer service I have ever encountered in all my years of being a consumer. They made an error in ordering my glasses, tried to tell me that I changed my mind on my order and now refuse to remedy the situation. I have asked for my medical records and a full refund for the glasses that are not correct and they are refusing to give me either. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of WI to try to get some satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and save your money and drive the extra few miles and go to Wal-Mart. ...read more
