I must amend my previous review. I have since received a refund check for the unused time on my daughters contract and a follow-up phone call stating that the business is new and this is the first (and only) refund ever given so it took so long because they were unsure how to go about it. I will state that my daughter did have a very positive experience as far as the classes she attended and the staff which she felt were very wonderful and understanding of her medical and physical limitations. All in all, I would definitely recommend Hammer Rehab over the bigger and more advertised fitness places. I took a tour of the place when they first opened and found it to be a well organized and well thought out layout. One of the best features she liked was that she could go in whenever she felt well enough and stay as long or as short a time as she was able and she always felt comfortable (never out of place) in their friendly atmosphere. ...read more
