I got my oil changed in my motorhome there and had them grease it as well. We are leaving for Alaska in 4 days and didn't want to take the time to do it myself, beside I wanted professionals to do it. Wow was I wrong!!! When I got my coach back home I had to put a screen under it to protect it from rock and gravel. I saw two grease serts on the drive shaft that had not been greased. Upon further investigation I found 7 more serts that were not greased. Upon calling them they wanted to send the guy out who did the poor workmanship. I told him there was no way he was ever touching my motorhome again. They are sending me my $20.00 for greasing it, or I should say for not greasing the entire chassis. The tech said he greased 14 serts, I guess 5 is the same as 14 where he went to school, because I only found 14 total and 9 of them were not greased. Would I ever go back,, HELL NO!!!! With 24 hours I return a defective topper. They have not returned my deposit, they refused to because of some BS charge that their supplier said must be imposed due to a restocking fee. They will not stand behind their product. ...read more
