It gets better (or worse!).... The women called me back as I had left them messages prior to the lie that they didnt have a jet ski for us. She didn't realize I was the person who had a deposit with them. She told me that EVERY JET WAS WAS AVAILABLE AS THEY HADN'T RENTED ANY FOR THAT WEEK YET!!!! When I told her great, I'll take one and you have my deposit already - SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!!!! She wouldn't pick up the phone when I called her back. Need I say more... I am glad we found out what a horrible business they run. I can't imagine what they would do if the equipment rented from them had issues, etc. ...read more

Avoid this business!Avoid this business!! They do not have integrity! I wouldn't even give them one star if I had an option.We rented a boat from them in April for a week the upcoming July and sent them the deposit. ONE DAY after sending the deposit we had a friend offer to let us use their boat. We called MBM and they would give us only $100 back of the $200 deposit. We sent them an email asking if we could rent a jet ski and use the deposit toward that, they did not respond. They still would have made money as the jet ski rental was more than the deposit. We later called to rent a jet ski and when the woman I was speaking to found out we had a deposit we could use with them, she spoke to Mitch, got back on the phone and then told me they didn't have one single jet ski left to rent!!!
