We recently worked with Jeff Schlender to buy our first home and he made the process so easy! We had talked to other loan officers in town and they all said we needed a down payment. Jeff told us about the USDA 0% down loan and explained everything in plain English. Plus we got a great rate and our mortgage payments are only slightly more than what we were paying in rent! Planning on retiring and living in the Baraboo area, looking for 1/2 acre or alittle more to put a Manufactured home on. We want to add a very large garage to it also to hold a 41' motor home, 1 truck and Car. Also would like to have a ham radio tower put up by us. So we are looking for private land. Can't find land under $30,000. Would like something cheaper so we can add water and septic, plus a basement. By the time we do all of this that land will cost alot. So if you know of a nice piece of land for a good price that we can add this all on please let us know by my e-mail address. We now live in Menomonee Falls, Wis 53052 Have relatives and friends in Baraboo area. Will consider Redsburg area also. Would like a hospital within 20 minutes from home site.
