I was really impressed with how much time and effort Steve spent after listing our home. Because he is a smaller agency each client receives more attention. Steve advertizes on the internet and real estate magazines in addition to frequent open houses. However, you need to keep in mind that pricing your home competitively is very important. Setting the price too high, you'll find your home sitting with very few showings, or a rush of showings that suddenly drop off because all buyers in your price range have been through your home and ruled it out.
