Prior to the sale everything was great, after the sale there was no customer service, only headaches. Needed an insurance estimate to replace an awning that was destroyed in a storm and the service person insisted I had to bring the camper in for her to see. I needed the entire awning, brackets etc - everything. Then the air conditioner went and they said I had to bring the camper in, no options...
