I took my car into Dreher after being involved in an accident. All I wanted was for my car to be returned to it's original condition. I figured since they had a nice shop and location they would bring it back to this state. I also stated this BEFORE the repairs were started. After I got the car back I noticed the back end (that was fixed) was different from original. Turns out they used a cheap after-market bumper. Upon further inspection ... they missed mounting screws and part of the bumper was hanging down. In the front ... the mounting screws were missing and or damaged. What scares me is that is what I was ABLE to see. I wonder if the paint was of poor quality? The internal (under the bumper) was repaired properely? I attempted to trade in the vehicle and the dealer immediately noticed the poor quality of the work. I wass honest with him and told him I was in an accident. Are you serious? just had car towed about an hour ago at 3am and told $175.00 for tow and $25.00 for storage fee because can't get the car til after 8am and they advertise they open at 7am..Oh plus tax...This is rediculious and outrageous!!!! I wouldn't let them work on my moped if I owned one. LOL ...read more

I can not give enough praise about Drehers Colision Center. In the past I have used other centers but none compair to the workmanship, professionalism, or the personal attention I received from Drehers. The shop was clean and very organized. If you are going to get any work done I would not go anywhere else. ...read more
