Worst Wendy's Experience
Something has happend to the Wendy's in Lillington. Has the management changed? Not only do they not have a lot of items, sandwiches, large drinks, they cannot print you a receipt. According to the night manager Vicky, the printer has been broken for over a month. Am I the first to question this? Not to mention terrible customer service. Listen Mangers....your job is to take care of the customer....make sure your employees do their jobs.....use common sense about making decisions. It is not that hard!
