The way the store was set up for Black Friday at the Bay City, Mi Wal Mart sucked!! What was the management thinking? You don't put all the deals in a line at the enterance of the store along the same line to get to electronics. Use the whole store it is big enough! And as for your electronic situation that sucked as well. You wanted people to wait in a 3-4 hour line to look at a phone or camera. Not everyone was there for a gaming unit. You should have taken the gaming units to a different part of the store like Meijer did. They had all the electronics spread out around the store. Wal Mart should take a lesson from Meijer! And your prices were all incorrect in the computer. You have a whole year to prepare better luck next year.
