I have received terrible service at the Kerr Drugs Pharmacy. There have been times when I have called to refill a prescription and didn't have my prescription number handy, so I would have to talk to an actual person instead of going through their automated voice system. When I did talk to someone and request a refill, they got a huge attitude and were extremely rude about having to do their job and assist me, the customer. I just recently went there to get my Mom's diabetes meds & supplies filled, and this was the first time I had ever had to do it, because she had just been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and had to stay in the hospital for a week. The Brown headed girl behind the counter acted like it was such an inconvenience for her to have to answer my questions about the meds for my mom and how much they would be. I was so close to really giving her a piece of my mind, My Mom went there just a few days ago to ask about Pen Tip Refills for her Insulin Pen and the SAME girl just automatically said, we don't carry those, and the pharmacist said yes we do, but neither one of them offered to come help my Mom find the right pen tips, so she left, empty handed. That is VERY POOR SERVICE if you ask me, they should look into a different line of work if they can't be compassionate about their customers needs & well being. Needless to say I WILL NOT be going back there again, I will take my business to a Pharmacy that can be professional and be happy about helping people.
