My fiance and I wanted to rent a home that was managed by HomeSource. We called several times to set up a time to meet with Jessica and she finally returned our call 5 days later. She was 15 mins late to the showing, bringing 3-4 other couples at look at the home at the same time...which in my opinion is very disrespectful of others' time. The rental application listed many thing that would POSSIBLY disqualify someone as a renter, including not having a 2yr rental history. Because we did not have 2 yrs of rental history, she was very disrepectful and rude to my fiance when he turned in the applications. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HOMESOURCE FOR ANY POSSIBLE TENANT! I had purchased 4 new Homes in 2002. Since I hired a different company (Daybreak) who ran each one into the ground. Our yards were full of weeds and garbage and then 2 renters didn't pay the 2nd Months Rent! Since we hired home source in 2005 they have turned them all around!
