I called this office after hearing many good things and was not impressed. The nurse I spoke with actually laughed at me while discussing my medical information and on the third laugh I finally asked her why she was laughing. I told her it was very rude to which she replied that she was not laughing at me. I told her she was in fact laughing and that it was very unprofessional to which she said that maybe "Generations" was not going to be a "good fit" for me and actually hung up on me. I cannot speak to the quality of care but I certainly wonder about an office that would employ such an individual. I would never treat my patients that way and either the doctors are not aware of how she interacts with patients or they do not care.
