The owner of Sun Meadows Mobile Home Estates, BRIAN FITTERER, falls in the category of, SLUM LORD....FITTERER cares nothing about the park or its residents. FITTERER purchases these parks for the money they provide him so he can prance around in California believing he's this top bathing suit designer..WHAT A JOKE...I pity the mobile home owner's who aren't familiar with the laws that govern them as these are FITTERERS main targets. FITTERER makes huge donation to hush City Officials of his illegal doings.. FITTERER does not maintain park grounds so they become run down, he allows residents to make changes to their space that aren't up to Code, FITTERER also takes it upon himself to make repairs etc to residents homes without their consent and they are forced into paying some outrageous amount they didn't want. The owners are retarded, the managers suck all of them, they lie they harrass tenants, the keeps lots with 6' weeds they refuse to paint empty lots...they are controlling and constantly raise your rent by 10 dollars or more a year. Rent is 350 just for the lot no irrigation pay all your utilities, so they pretty much make 86,100 a month to tell you how to live thats 1,033,200 a year!!!! This is the cleanest park in Yakima. They have a nice pool and landscaped park. People that live here are required to take care of there yards and keep lot space clean and tidy. If you don't take care of your property they write up a clean your place up letter or they will get it cleaned up for you because they want to keep a nice image.
