This place is a gem and worth the 8 hour drive from Portland OR! I am a serious foodie and have a plethora of Zagat-rated restaurants all around me. This was a wonderful surprise. We ate there 3 out of 7 days and managed to try 7 different pies. The owner, Ryan, was there in the kitchen everyday and when we couldn't decide he offered to do different halves, even when the bases were different, ie: tomato to pesto to mussman curry or olive oil based on what we wanted. I am always adding, substituting, etc. everywhere I go and I didn't have to make any special requests here. The food is amazing, beer is great, frosty pint glasses a plus...LOVE the local support from the whole wheat - ground in the next town, and local brews the same, even chorizo and canadian style bacon were from local markets cured nearby!
