Awful company- awful customer service. I bought used children's boots from them and they sent me 2 right boots. I had no idea (these were for my 5 year old) and didn't find out until we were away at a ski resort. This caused me immense aggravation and cost and Liquidation Sports didn't care. It took several calls and emails and 4 days for the manager to call me back and he was ridiculously rude. Even though this was his company's mistake, he made it seem like he was doing me a huge favor in sending me the proper boot. He didn't even offer me any compensation for this problem. it took another 8 days for me to receive the proper. The boots were only $20. Mountain Air Gear is a great place for hikers, campers, and other outdoor enthusiasts to get all the things they need for their hobbies. Not to mention, the people are very helpful and friendly.
