They don't treat customers like customers, Joy and her associates bark orders and expect their customers to fulfill her every demand the moment that they give them. Joy Wilen hung up the phone on me while I was trying to make arrangements to pick up my documents. I've never been treated so badly. Don't live here! We lived there for 4 years and the place went down hill in that time. They will nickle and dime you for every little spot, even though they said nail holes were okay (for example). they will charge you for their inabilities to clean the place before you move in and accuse you of having pets even though you didn't, and they never saw signs of them during their annual inspections! ...read more

Happy New Year!
