This place not only offers quality classes, friendly staff, a clean environment, and great equipment - but they also make you feel like family. They know you by name and give you the one on one attention that you need. The classes are an intense cardio workout but they never punish you if you can not do the task. This place offers so many great things. Where do I start!! Anyone can find something they want to do here. They have world class trainers as well as professional and polite staff. They have classes for kickboxing, boxing, grappling, submission wrestling, MMA, CrossFit, and kids programs. So when my little one is working out I can as well!
