This was the third year I had taken my daughter to this place for her annual eye exam. The first two experiences were good, although I felt a bit like I was being treated like just another animal in a herd.\t\nBut this third and final exam was to be my last. I made the appointment for her to get a new pair of eye glasses and somehow ended up being forced to pay for a contact lense fitting. Not sure how but I keep getting a bill in the mail stating that I still owed them more money. I would call the billing dept and they would agree with me that I didn't have to pay the additional expenses for a contact fitting, but then 3 months later I would get another bill! So after calling a total of three times, I was connected to the "billing manager" who proceeded to tell me that I owe them for the final contact lense fitting my daughter was given. I kept telling her that there was no such appointment and she insisted that there was and even gave me the exact date I was supposedly there. Even after explaining my actual whereabouts on that particular day (my daughters swim meet), I was told that I would need to pay the balance or it would be sent to collections. \t\nIn the end I was forced to pay for an appointment that I never made or attended. Came here for glasses. Had an exam and picked out frames and lenses. When I picked up the glasses, the receptionist adjusted the frames and they were loupsided on my face. She said they were fine. I used them for a week and went back to have them fixed. Again the receptionist said my ears were loupsided. Never went back and never wore the glasses.
