A little over a year ago, I purchased a 2006 Jetta VW TDI. I was very skeptical about taking my car to a Dealer for any kind of service. Because I had a diesel, I decided to chance it just one time and scheduled a service with Hannah VW. My most recent service was March 15th. This place was a light in a dark place. I was hit in my Toyota Matrix by an uninsured driver who also had a suspended license. It is my first new car and had just hit 8,000 miles that day. After much research and being very sad/upset about my car, I was unimpressed with the shops around town. I got the idea to call my dealership and they referred me to Brady's. I drove in and upon entering the atmosphere was great, the staff was super friendly. Gary did the estimate on my car and answered all my questions, even dug part of the guys license frame from the inner body of the car lol. Brady checked my car in and offered updates as frequent as I would like, I chose daily. Everyday I received an email with what had been done that day and the pictures of the progress!!
