Secure remote support has been the IT gurus in charge of our companies IT support for over 4 years. We had been utilizing an in-house IT support division but with increasing costs, it was no longer realistic to have an in-house team to manage our 40-50 user terminals. In the last 4 years we have experienced a tremendous 100% up-time on all terminals and have experienced next to NO issues with the support provided by the technicians at secure remote.
